About Forest School Catalunya
Jerry Linehan
For more than 20 years, education has been a big part of my life. Alongside teaching, I’ve always had a deep love of being outdoors and the freedom, curiosity and sense of adventure that nature brings.
Over the years, I started to wonder: why should so much learning happen inside a classroom?
I wanted to give children the chance to learn through experience — to explore, play, get creative, take on challenges, make friends and discover the world around them.
For me, Forest School is about much more than being outdoors. It’s about giving children the freedom to learn, be themselves, have fun and be happy.
That’s what I want Forest School Catalunya to provide: memorable outdoor experiences where children can explore, grow and simply enjoy being children.
